Can't do anything on my home computer

My blog page will not load on my home computer, and when it does, I can’t do anything with it such as open a “new post” page. I have tried using several different browsers, deleting my cache, and have made no progress over the last two days in actually solving this problem. I can access it on my phone and my school computer, which is about four years older than the one I am using at home. Does anyone have any advice?
