Can't downgrade from premium to personal

    Hi, is there a specific reason that I can’t downgrade from premium to personal? There is no option activated for me to select – I can only either keep it or upgrade it.

    Hi there!

    We can help you downgrade your plan, although I’d like to confirm a few things before.
    When downgrading, you’ll lose all the perks of plan Premium. If you’re using any premium theme, it will be changed to a free one. If you’ve added custom CSS, it will be removed. That said, I’d recommend changing this before we proceed with the downgrade.

    Thank you for your help. I checked and I am already using a free theme and don’t have a custom CSS. The only feature I can say I was using from premium was video upload. Would it be affected – would it be deleted from the site or from my storage or both?

    This wouldn’t remove the video from your storage, but you wouldn’t be able to upload anymore videos going forward.
