Can’t downgrade to Premium

  I had a Business Plan during the start of 2023 but i want to downgrade to Premium instead since I’m closing the shop here. After removing the Business Plan and become Free Plan, I can’t seem to purchase the Premium Plan. There is an error message saying ‘Sorry, that plan is not compatible with this site.’ when checking out.

  Hi there, it sounds like you might have plugins and/or a custom theme installed on your above site.
