  What can I do to activate theme?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Hi there, you can activate a theme by going to the Appearance > Themes section of your site. You can then activate a theme from what’s available – place your mouse on the theme you are interested in, in order to start viewing more options for it.
