I’ve googled many ways to install, import, or add the theme I want but it wont work. You don’t have the elara theme on your wordpress themes page. Thank you.

Hi there, only sites with the WordPress.com Business Plan are able to upload custom themes: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/
Other sites can select themes from the WordPress.com theme directory: https://wordpress.com/themes/
If you let us know what kind of theme you’re looking for, we may be able to give some suggestions. :)
