Can’t download plug-ins

  When I try to install any new plug-in, I get a blank white page instead of the next installation steps. I’ve deactivated all of existing plug-ins, excluding the base WordPress plug-ins, but that isn’t helping. Please help!

  I am not seeing any issue from the plugin installation pages on my end.

  This sounds like it may be a cache issue. Have you tried logging in using a different browser or clearing your browser’s cache?
