Cant download the theme I purchased

  I purchased a theme that but can not find a way to download the theme in order to apply it to our wordpress website.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy,

  Part of our agreement with the third-party theme developers is that themes purchased via WordPress.com can only be used on WordPress.com.

  The Organization theme can be purchased for use on WordPress.org at http://www.organicthemes.com/theme/non-profit-theme/

  At this time, the same purchase can’t be used on both WordPress.com and WordPress.org-based sites.

  You can refund your purchase via the My Upgrades page at https://itsmommyday.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades or I’m happy to refund it for you as well.

  This was helpful! But I do have a follow up. I purchased this Organization them TO BE USED on my website (NOT MY BLOG). My blog is inactive at the moment… I know I can’t use it in two places but can I somehow transfer it to my .com site? If not, I will have to get a refund and will be very sad… we love this theme… anything comparible for non-profits on .com?

  I only see http://itsmommyday.wordpress.com/ attached to your account. What’s the address of the site you want to use it on?

  Any WordPress.com site can use the version that you purchased while any WordPress.org-powered site can use the “Non-Profit Theme” version that I linked to.

  My website is http://www.thegofund.org
  I installed WordPress via GoDaddy… so my login might be disconnected from my origional wordpress blog account. If you are saying that I can use the Organization theme via my GO Daddy accont listed above, you would make my day!

  Howdy,

  That’s a WordPress.org-based install. There are two flavors of WordPress—WordPress.com (here and where your itsmommyday.wordpress.com is based from) and then WordPress.org, which is the free software used everywhere else for WordPress.

  You’re on the latter, so the “Non-Profit Theme” directly from Organic Themes is the route you’ll want to go.
