Can`t download WP

I don’t have a host yet and am trying to download WordPress in windows rt tablet, but it says “`Please verrify your email address.” I sent back conformation email and also sent back conformation email from another email address but it takes me to the same page –“Please verify Your Email Address.” I tried to login using my password and username but I can’t . Please help. Thank you.

You have reached support for WordPress.com, which is a hosted version of WordPress.
It looks like you created the site http://japanesevegetablegardening.wordpress.com/ . You can use that site to add your content, and you don’t need to download or install anything.
If you’re having trouble confirming your email address on WordPress.com, I can help with that. I’ve resent the confirmation email to you. If that doesn’t work, please log into your Dashboard and change the email address to a different one you can use for confirmation purposes. You can change it back later if you need to.
If your intention was to set up your own hosting and install WordPress separately, I’d recommend you start with obtaining hosting and then work with them, as many hosting providers make installing WordPress (from WordPress.org) as easy as clicking a button.

Why do I see this sign on my dashboard : “Please Verify Your Email Address. In order to publish posts, please verify your email address by clicking the link in the confirmation email that we sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff).

even I confirmed my email adress several times? Should I ignore it?Another question : When I build up a blog may I update and transfer it to a host without problem?

Hi there!
In order to publish posts, you’ll need to verify your email address, as that notice says. If you no longer have the verification email, go ahead and click the “Resend confirmation email” link.
Once you click the confirmation link in the email, you’ll be able to publish new posts.
When I build up a blog may I update and transfer it to a host without problem?
Of course you can! You can export all of your content at any time through Tools > Export. Please note, this export does not include your theme or the actual image files that have been uploaded to your site. Once you import your content into a new site, the image files will be transferred, so make sure that you keep your old site active until your import has finished.

Hello there, I think I see the problem. The address listed for your account was “gamil.com” and I think you meant to type “gmail.com.” You attempted to change your email address, but it was sending that confirmation notice to “gamil.com.” Of course, you’d never receive that.
I made the adjustment to your email address manually. You should no longer see that verification note at the top of the page.
