Can't drag and drop Jetpack Sharing buttons

  I just installed Jetpack on my self-hosted WordPress.org website (version 3.7.1) but I can’t select the buttons in the Sharing settings panel. I can select the image and text but they’re “flat”–I can’t drag them or move them around.
  I’ve checked this from another browser on another computer and the problem persists.

  I’m having trouble signing up on the WordPress.org forum. It tells me I got the CAPTCHA wrong, but I can’t even see a CAPTCHA image.
