cant drag pages in Menu structure

  I am having the same problem as it is described 2 years ago :

  Pages simply do not drag anymore to be placed in place

  Hi

  I am probably in the wrong forum but after searching around for a while I did not find the relevant one sorry. I am here to ask how to deal with 404 errors using WordPress.com since it doesnt have plugins? I was trying to download and install 301 redirects plug in and realised i dont have plugin option AT ALL. An re-direct widgets? Please advice! Thank you
