Can't drag widgets and also can't switch screen view

I can’t drag any of the widgets over to the sidebar section. I also can’t switch the screen view to bring up the “add” feature. Further, there’s no drop down menu for any of my side bar options. I’ve tried all of the help options suggested by wordpress, including a different browser, different computer and different location (and obviously the easier ones such as clearing cache and cookies). Does anyone know what’s happening with this and how to fix it? I basically can’t change anything on the blog. I even have a page that I accidentally publicized as private that I now can’t get to change to public because the edit link won’t work. What’s going on here?

Yes I am having this same problem and currently searching the forum for answers. Does anyone know what has happened?
