  If you go into my website and click on services, whichever service you click will have like a sidebar list of services(next to the description). I cannot find out how to edit those. Anyone know how to help?

  Thanks for reaching out to us! It appears that your site is hosted by “GoDaddy,” not WordPress.com. In other words, your site is self hosted. So you would need to look for help in the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
