    If it was a Custom HTML block, and you can give us a link to a specific post or page where it displayed only as code until you transformed it into a reusabled block, we can take a look into why that happened.

    Anyway you don’t responded at my remark,
    about the fact that last Reusable block was created 25 November 2020,
    and the bug started the 1 December 2020.

    Nope. Not mercantile. Caching is a feature, not a bug.

    If you install your own free copy of WordPress, you will not have caching by default.

    It really does sound like you need a custom installation to suit your special usage. So your choices are self-hosting or a Business plan. We’ll let you decide.
