Can't edit categories

Hi, I can’t edit categories. I can’t delete old categories or add new. I use laptop and cannot see the ‘Save’ button below categories, if I try to add a new category in article editor. I cannot roll down to see the Save button.
Old editor was better, but it’s not there anymore.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
There is no “Save” button on the Add a New Category module of a new post editor. There is an “Add” button which adds a the category without any need for saving the addition. Editing and deleting of categories, as far as I know, must still be done in the old dashboard. See the Managing Categories in WP Admin section of the Categories support page.

You should be able to get to the “dashboard” – try
https://aquarelleroses.wordpress.com/wp-admin
Then edit your categories in that wp-admin dashboard under Posts – Categories. See this support document:

Thank you very much houstonweaver, that direct link to wp-admin helps and I could log in to dashboard. I couldn’t see the link to old dashboard when I logged in via wordpress.com.
(I couldn’t see the ‘Add’ button either, because it was beyond my screen and I couldn’t scroll down the article editor, thanks musicdoc1.) -
