Can't edit contact information on domain

  I’m trying to transfer frangocombatatadoce.com to GoDaddy’s Registrar, but I can’t complete the transfer because I can’t set the administrator info.

  It says my registration is private, but I didn’t purchase it and that’s why I cannot deactivate it.

  I need to set the administrator address to (email visible only to moderators and staff) in order to transfer the domain.
