Can't edit DNS on wordpress.com

I’m working for a client that bought the domain http://www.diviningweddings.com on wordpress .com. I’ve built another site on wordpress.org and want to change the nameservers on the wordpress.com site to point to the new site and another server.
After a bunch of searching, I’m not finding any easy way to do this. I see tutorials on how to edit the DNS and those places don’t exist on the wordpress.com site. I also see that there’s a place to purchase an option to change over to wordpress.org and change the DNS from a “happiness expert”, though this does not make me happy. The cost of this on the wordpress.com site is like $120 which seems crazy to me and my client.
Please tell me there’s an easy way to access the DNS on the wordpress.com so I can point that domain somewhere else. Thank you.

You’ll need to visit the Store->Domains page at https://diviningweddings.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains .
To change to nameservers, you’ll need to login to the domain manager, which is only accessible to the user who purchased the domain. The options to log into the domain manager will appear under the list of domains.
Instructions for doing so are at Change Name Servers.
