Can't edit existing posts.

  Can’t post-edit existing posts or pages. Lat week followed standard advice for correcting it, finally succeeding with checking HTTPS box with negative consequence of inaccessibility of standard outlook.com Emails, so turned off HTTPS which restored emails but renewed NO POST POST Editing. What can I do?
