  I can’t edit sections on my homepage. I need to talk to a REAL human please. I pay $$ every month and I need actual support. The online support forums aren’t helping me.

  Your site is connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack but isn’t actually hosted here. It seems to be hosted with GoDaddy. You are currently using Akismet on your site, which we can offer support for. However, you might be better suited reaching out to GoDaddy for support on your site since it isn’t hosted here and we cannot access it.
