Can't edit main body widgets on my site

  The site I am looking for help with it thebabybookwormblog.wordpress.com. My issue is that I can’t edit the main body widgets any longer. When I bring up the ‘Customize Theme’ window, and click on the menu for widgets, the only widgets it shows for me to edit are the footers, but not the three main body widgets (two of which I update often and need to have access too). I am currently using the Sela theme. Can anyone help me with this?
