Can’t edit most blocks

  I’m struggling with my page a bunch of the blocks appear to be completely un-editable. Things like the title, post blocks, and many of the other features don’t give me any option to edit at all. Other ones like the paragraph one work fine tho. I’m using a free version and have no plugins or templates i’m not sure if this affect’s it at all?
