cant edit my about page nor register the name of my blog as a domain

I want to edit my about page and I want to register the name of my blog and can’t?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

this is so annoying! I thought wordpress was easy to work with and its not. I am trying to edit my about page to actually add content, I can’t? I am trying to register the name of my blog, and I can’t? this sucks. And no one has responded from wordpress to help me nor I don’t see a number to contact them with this issue I am having!

Dashboard >> Pages >> All Pages – then click on the About Page to edit it – looks like you have edited it by now –

If I came off a bit strong in my post, pardon me. Not my intent to “jump on folks” whomever they may be? however I was venting my frustrations earlier because I had been at it for a while with no real help in sight. Personally I don’t think those wordpress support links really help at all. Its just a whole bunch of words on a page, especially when I am trying to get an answer to something very specific and I have to read through a whole bunch of paragraphs. With that said, I appreciate your response, and I will take another look at the issue and see if I can resolve it by the links you posted? I thought wordpress was going to be a lot easier to maneuver within and for me, its not. Example, I changed the background color on my site, the header color, but when you put in the domain registered to my blog, all the custom things I did to it don’t show up? Even though I have the free one and didn’t pay for any upgrades, it was set up like I had these options to still choose from even though I have the free blog? So once again, disappointed that its not turning out like I thought. Does this mean I have to pay for customization to get the color I want?

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and not for WordPress.org software installs. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

I know it doesn’t exist anymore because I cancelled it and got a refund after I originally registered it. It was registered earlier but when I couldn’t get help fast enough for what I needed and it wasn’t looking the way I had customized it, I cancelled the order. However I the thought the free domain when I originally signed up to WORDPRESS.COM, or rather the non registered one would remain for a while? meaning I should still be able to find it when I type in the url myrtleandflossie.wordpress.com. This domain should still be active with my saved information right?
