cant edit my website

hello, due to health reasons i didnt add anything to my blog, i am still logged in, but the page is black when i try to add a new post… can someone help me please?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/
If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

In this case my password will be deleted then, right? unfortunately i dont remember it since it was set long time ago and its saved automatically. can you help me to reset it then?

unfortunarely i cannot even change my password… after putting it or generating it, the option “save password” is grayed out :(

If the password you have entered is not considered to be strong enough, we grey out the option to save, so please try again. Strong passwords have at least six characters, and use upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols like ! ” ? $ % ^ & ).

yes, i also tried to generate the password from the system itself so it had right length and special characters, but the option was still grayed out… i cant change my password basically

Out of curiosity, what if you try another browser?
i.e. if you use Chrome normally, what if you try using Firefox or Internet Explorer instead?
Another option (without switching browsers) is to clear your cookies/cache, which can also sometimes conflict. More info on how to do that on Chrome here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
Does that allow you to get past this blocker?

hello, but the point is that if I change the browser or clear cookies I will be signed out automatically from my WordPress account. Hence I want to change my password, but to change the password I have to be LOGGED in so it’s a vicious circle…. :( so what I can do?

basically nothing works on my account, option of setting new password is greyed out, 2 steps verification is not available… i get messages like “this is not available now, try later”…

What if you try to log in to WordPress.com using Firefox or Internet Explorer instead. Are you able to set a new password if you use some other browser (instead of Chrome) to perform this operation?
Or is it the case that you are unable to update your password regardless of the browser you use?

The point is that I forgot my original password, and on Chrome I am logged automatically… I cant log to another browser if I dont change the password to some new one here on Chrome, and here on Chrome this option is grayed out and all options to edit my profile are grayed out. Hence I am desperate :(

Ok, that’s odd, let’s do this manually then.
First, log out of WordPress.com at https://wordpress.com/me
Then, reset your password following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

Hi emilka222,
Since your password is saved in Chrome but you can’t remember it, type this in the URL bar of Chrome:
chrome://settings/passwords
This should show you all the passwords that Chrome has saved. Click on the eyeball next to your password and it will show you the actual password instead of dots.
