Can't edit my widget links

  can’t edit some of my widgets.

  Hi there, the Links widget isn’t editable – it’s not a widget that has options. All it does is display the links that you’ve already added here:

  https://gubbens.wordpress.com/wp-admin/link-manager.php

  No, I understand that, but the problem is that the widgets (some of them) exist in the blogg but not in the editor. So, I can’t, for example, change hedings for a widget or remove it. This problem is in just one of my bloggs. Strange!

  Could you please provide a link to the site in question so I can investigate? Some themes have default widgets that will always be displayed unless you add your own widgets to the sidebar. I’d like to take a look directly – thanks!

  Well, look at this:

  It says that I have no settings for this widget (links) but in my site I have for ex. Bloggroll, Gubbens bloggar, Humor och tanke, Nostalgi etc.

  Right, as I mentioned earlier, what the Links widget does is display all the links you’ve added here:
  https://gubbens.wordpress.com/wp-admin/link-manager.php

  Because you’ve put your links into categories, your sidebar is displaying your links grouped by those categories: Bloggroll, Gubbens bloggar, Humor och tanke, Nostalgi, etc.

  If you look here you’ll see those link categories you set up:
  https://gubbens.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=link_category

  Those link categories, and the links you assigned to each of them, are displayed in your sidebar.
