Can't edit my WordPress site

I log into my account, I go to the settings for my website, I go to settings, I try to update my site title, and site tagline, when I click ‘save settings’, I get the error, ‘There was a problem saving your changes. Please try again.’ There is also another error message, ‘There was an error retrieving purchases.’ that pops up.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, passwords support docs and support forums, and many people get confused about the two.

When I try to do full sync with Jetpack sync, I get the error message, “That method is not allowed.” When I try to leave the page, it says”You have unsaved changes. Are you sure you want to leave this page?” – but anything I try to save gets an error message.
I have also noticed that I have an unusual amount of traffic from China… Can this be related?

Here’s the weird thing, though. I can log into my wordpress page through wordpress.com, but I can’t log into wordpress.org. I don’t think I even have an account there. It says it doesn’t recognize any of my email addresses…
