Can't edit or work on blog. Is there any way to get tech help from WordPress?Can't find an

    I have a blogsite called http://writertowriter.wordpress.com, and there seems to be NO WAY to use it. When I click any Edit or Add Post, it keeps taking me to another blog, NorthBerkeleyWriters.wordpress.com which I’ve re-titled ‘Writer to Writer’ (though the URL is still NorthBerkeleyWriters.wordpress.com. It doesn’t show up on ‘my sitres’ but when I click ‘edit’ at that writertowriter.wordpress.com site page, it just keeps taking me to the NorthBerkeley Writers dashboard instead. I have tried this ‘forum thing before – it has been worthless – nobody answers. If you know the answer, please, tell me. I can’t even cancel or delete this site, and if my colleagues go there, that page is blank/undeveloped, they will think it doesn’t exist! At least please help me find a way to delete it !!!!!!! This is so crazymaking !!!!
