Can’t edit other user profiles as super admin

Hi I know I can do this because I did it previously (and then promptly forgot because my head is full of holes) but how can I change other user bios as a super admin?

Do you want to change this on your site or do you mean to modify the profiles of th users on your account? What’s the address of the site you’re working on?

If you’re speaking of your WordPress.com site, grainofsaltmag.wordpress.com, you can’t.
On a WordPress.com site people are added to a site via their personal, existing WordPress.com username account, and bio content gets pulled in from the bio they set on their public WordPress.com profile. It’s not managed directly on the site itself as is the case with the open source version of WordPress.
In other words, the only thing you can change regarding the accounts of users you add to your site, is their user roles on your site. Anything else can only be changed by the owner of the actual WordPress.com account.
