Can’t Edit Pages

Starting this week I am unable to edit my pages. When I click on the page that I want to work on it will display the publicly viewable page and not an editable one. I have tried to use the support tools but they are either unresponsive or read error messages.

Hi there, just to check – is this when you’re trying to edit your pages from Pages > All Pages when you’re looking at https://wordpress.com/home/ ?
Does this happen with all pages, or only a few specific pages?
