cant edit pages (but can see them)

cant edit pages on my site –
wordpress site loads through wordpress.com login and can browse and preview pages.
But if i try to edit goes to .
https://website.com/wp-login.phpcomplete and press enter and i get:
This page isn’t working
If the problem continues, contact the site owner.
