Can't edit post URL

  I’m trying to edit the URL on an unpublished post, but when I click the “edit” button next to the permalink, nothing happens except that the URL in my browser adds “#post_name” to itself.

  I’m on Google Chrome, latest version as of 7/22/2012, aka 20.0.1132.57.
