Cant edit site after update

  So I recently updated our site to the latest word press version, however when I click to update the database it tries to load until it times out. This is our company site so I’d really appreciate any help I can get.

  The site works fine from the customer perspective but we don’t have access to maintain it

  I see that your site is hosted by GoDaddy, is that right?

  If so then the most helpful place for you to get the right help will be at WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ – as your site isn’t hosted with WordPress.com.

  They’re two different organisations: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/.
