Can’t Edit site – asking me to set a primary site
-
Hi there. I was trying to edit my WordPress.com site last week but was getting an error pop-up “Please set a primary site”. When I tried to set a primary site in the account settings I couldn’t type anything in any boxes and was getting error message “Failed to retrieve all domains”. The site still appears live to the public but I cannot edit. Any help you can offer is appreciated.

Hi there!
Sorry to hear that! I checked your site just now, and I don’t see the error message when trying to edit the pages. Can you try it again and let me now if you’re still seeing that error message?
You may also want to try clearing your browser cache first to see if that helps. Here’s how to clear your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
Let us know how it goes. Thanks!

Thank you, yes that was it. Before clearing cache, I tried to edit on another CPU and it worked. Once cache was cleared on the other CPU all is well. Ended up being any easy fix, but your help saved me wasting a lot more time on this. THANKS!!
