Can't edit the "about" page?

    Help! There’s that “about” button at the top right of my blog, and when I click on it I come to a page that says I should be able to edit it by clicking the edit link…but there isn’t one. Am I missing something?

    I would delete the button if necessary and do without an “about” page, but I can’t figure out how to do that either. :(

    You must be logged in to your site in order to see the edit link on posts or pages.

    Or you can edit pages like so:

    The Page Screen is where you create new pages or edit existing pages. The default page screen (Pages → Add New)

    While logged in to your account:
    dashboard—>pages—>all pages—>choose the page titled “About”—>you should be able to edit the page as you like—>update.
