Can't edit the basic plugins

  How can I edit the basic plugins that comes with WordPress or are we forced to pay to access that feature now as well

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What do you mean by editing basic plugins here? Do you mean editing plugin php coding, if yes, unfortunately, you cannot do that in your free plan of the wordpress.

  Yes, the normal Jetpack, Yoast SEO, Form builder, etc plugins that come with WordPress. So does that mean you can only do that when you buy the Business Package?

  WordPress.com has a number of the more popular plugins installed as standard. https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
  If there are additional ones that you can’t live without then you’ll need the WordPress.com Business plan or a site elsewhere using the WordPress.org software.
