Can't edit Title and Alt Text in Media Library

  In the WordPress media library, I unable to edit the title or alternative text. Clicking the pencil turns the cursor into a 4 sided arrow. The only thing I can do is drag and change the order of the images.

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.
