Can’t empty posts trashcan!

  No matter what i try i can’t empty the posts trashcan for days now, it shows me following error message:

  Whoops!

  Something has gone wrong with our servers, and we’ve just been notified of the problem.

  This will be fixed as soon as possible, so kindly reload in a minute and things should be back to normal.

  Correct account: Yes

  Thanks for reaching us. I have tried to replicate the issue you are facing but I couldn’t create the same.
  You may be having some browser issues. As a first step, please try clearing your browser’s cache. You can find here more information on how to clear the cache depending on your browser:
  https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache.

  However, Trash is automatically deleted after 30 days. Hope you’ve followed https://wordpress.com/support/trash/#permanently-deleting-a-post-or-page to empty your trash.
