Can’t enable 2FA

    Hi, I’m facing problems to enable Two Factor Authentication in my account.

    I chose the 2FA via App, read the QR Code, provided the numeric code, then I get the error: ‘An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.’.

    Not sure if it’s a related issue, but when trying to connect to Google (in Security tab), I can’t conclude the process due to the error: ‘This feature cannot be enabled prior to account activation.’

    Could you please help?

    Hi there!

    Before you can enable 2FA, you need to verify your account email first. It looks like you were able to verify your email and enable 2FA on your account yesterday. You should be all set!
