Can't enable "Publicize: Twitter"

    I’m trying to enable “Publicize: Twitter” for one of my blogs. The ‘Manage My Blogs’ page on the Global Dashboard has the following message beneath it:

    To enable Publicize: Twitter, you will need to authorize your WordPress.com account on Global Dashboard to connect with your Twitter account.

    Authorize connection with Twitter

    However, when I click on the hyperlink I get the following message:

    Woah there! This page is no longer valid. It looks like someone already used the token information you provided. Please return to the site that sent you to this page and try again … it was probably an honest mistake.

    No amount of trying again has a different result whether I am already logged into Twitter or not. I have two other blogs and did not experience this issue with either of them.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
