Can't enter credit card info on my WordPress website
-
My wordpress site uses woocommerce and the checkout page is broken. I can enter billing details (name, address, etc.) but the credit card section is greyed out and won’t allow me to click in and enter my info (credit card number, expiration date, and CVV). It was working yesterday but not today. I’ve contacted Paypal to see if this was an issue with them but they guessed I was using woocommerce ( I hadn’t told them yet) because they had heard of this issue many times before. Can someone help me resolve this issue? I’ve been on the phone with Paypal and my host all day but it’s increasingly clear the issue is with woocommerce/ wordpress.

You cannot run woocommerce on any site that’s hosted by wordpress.COM. You can only run it on a wordpress.ORG install on paid hosting. You are posting to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you.
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page

Hi, thank you, yes shortly after I realized I posted from the wrong wordpress account and therefore the wrong forum. I have another website that uses woocommerce. FYI it was due to a plugin conflict and is now resolved.
Thanks for taking the time to clarify that though as it has been quite difficult to get clarity for anything wordpress related.
