Can’t enter new post

    When I try to enter a new page, I get a totally blank page with nowhere to enter anything.

    The site I need help with is terce.wordpress.com.

    We’re looking into an ongoing issue and the experience you are describing sounds like it could be related. Could you let us know which computer operating system (and version) you are using and the web browser (and version) as well? For example, are you using MacOS Big Sur and Safari? Thanks!

    As a potential temporary fix, try installing the Google Chrome browser. Log into your account through Chrome and see if you can create a new post without the blank screen getting in the way. Let us know if this works for you.
