Can’t even get a Comment form to appear…

I saw one once—name, Email, Leave reply ….now, nothing. Please help! I think my settings are correct….Under General and Discussion.
I am very confused about why I saw a reply area once, when setting the thing up…but now, see nothing! No one can leave a message!!

PS–this happens when I am logged out. When I am logged in, I see a “Leave Reply” box. But what about people who are not WordPress users? My settings do not specify that they must be logged in….I assume they’re not seeing any reply boxes if I can’t even see them when I am logged out.

Open you latest post for edit and check in the row of blue bars at the right and see if “allow comments” is checked or not. I have no problem seeing the comment boxes on your other posts.

In your Dashboard go to “Options” > “General” and uncheck the checkbox: “Users must be registered and logged in to comment” in “Membership”.
