Cant even get started!! Arrggg!!!

  I cannot understand how to get started on my photographer (paid ) site. Sending me a link with set up instructions that dont appear on the site isnt helping. If I cant get someone to talk to me then I want a refund as this is proving too frustrating and there are other hosting site where one can speak to a human!!!
