Can't export (?) Can't locate 'Tools' section (?)

  My dashboard doesn’t look like a normal .org dashboard and I can’t locate the ‘Tools’ section where I would normally find the export tools.

  I feel like I’m taking crazy pills. pls halp.

  Hey helpr85,

  I just struggled with this for the past two hours. There doesn’t seem to be any forums regarding this. The new wordpress format is the worst.

  I think I found the solution though. Go to “Settings,” then scroll down to the bottom where it says “Delete Site.” Click on it, then click on “Export Content.” This should take you to the old site where you will find the “Tools” menu with the import option. I hope it works for you; I was going insane too!

  I figured it out and it’s stupid simple.
  Just type in your URL followed by the /wp-admin/ as if you were accessing the admin of a wordpress.org/self-hosted deployment.

  examplesite.com/wp-admin/

  @jonnymnem0nic – yes, that may work too!
