Can’t export my blog posts

    I have been trying to export my blog posts for a couple of weeks and I keep getting an error. I am launching a new website soon and want my blog posts on the new site, so this is becoming urgent. Can you let me know what the issue is? I’ll happily fix it. Thanks in advance!

    Yes, that link is where I came from, but thanks.

    The errors say, “We couldn’t export your media library at the moment. Please try again later,” and “There was a problem preparing your export file. Please check your connection and try again, or contact support.”

    I clicked the “Get Help” link beside the latter message and it brought me here.

    I don’t have a connection problem. Other people on the forum who have received this message have been contacted with manual exports from WP.com, so I’m hoping that’s what will happen here.
