can't export my content

  I was not using my blog for three days,
  and when i came back i got a notice that
  my blog is archived or suspended.
  I want to know how i can export my content?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You have posted to the forums. Suspended sites/blogs are not discussed, addressed or resolved in these public forums.

  You need to fill out the form on this page:

  I would ask the question about your content there.
  The Terms of Service team will respond to you.
