Can't Fetch Plugins on Three of My Sites

    When I try to post in my blog-site I get a message that I can’t get to my plugins on three of my sites. And, I can’t get to my settings to see where the problem lies. Stuck in this loop and I have important trip I’m blogging on in three days! How can I get actual tech support please??? Thank you
