Can’t figure out how to edit the top bar menu

  I have a top bar menu and when you click on a tab, they are only links. The site is https://newbridgespine.com/

  I did not create the site and have figured out how to update most things but cannot figure out where these tabs are housed so I can update the link that says Download the New Patient Form at the top right. Can anyone help me?

  https://newbridgespine.com/ is not hosted here at WordPress.com, but is a self-hosted site at Godaddy. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.

  For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.

  You can edit your menu at Appearance > Menus in your dashboard, or by going to Appearance > Customize > Menus.
