Can’t figure out how to get refund

I don’t own this domain and I have not used this service in over a year. I cannot find a resource to help get a refund and close the account. Thanks

The domain, parentroadwarrior.com, is not registered with us, and that site is not hosted with us. That site is only connected to your WordPress.com account via the Jetpack plugin. You haven’t paid us for anything regarding that website, so we’re not able to refund you for any payments.
If you wish to close this WordPress.com account, you can do so from the account settings page at https://wordpress.com/me/account, but all that will do is disable your
webmanrodusername.Based on historic data for your domain at https://securitytrails.com/domain/parentroadwarrior.com/history/ns, the domain used to be hosted at https://confluencenetworks.net/ up until February of this year. But based on Whois data for the domain it’s not registered at the moment, so it most likely expired at some point.

So, I received a charge on Nov 5th and I don’t have any active accounts (have checked WordPress, jet pack, bluehost, PayPal and the credit card company), how do I find out why I was charged and get a refund?
There has to be someone that can resolve this before the time runs out on the potential refund. -

As above, the charge you have received has not come from WordPress.com.
I would advise retracing some steps and establishing where the domain was first registered and where any hosting was purchased.
Failing that, you would need to contact the credit/debit card provider and request a chargeback if the charge is not recognised.
