Can't figure out how to renew expired domain mapping

Credit card expired. I have now entered a new one on my account. Cannot even find the right screen for payment and don’t know what to input to restore mapping. I’ve been paying $13/yr. The only screen I have found so far wants $99. I have to be doing something wrong. Very frustrated right now. Having a VERY ADHD day.

Hi there,
We no longer sell mapping upgrades as single upgrades. That’s why it’s automatically adding a plan for you. And your original upgrade was removed after it expired, so you can’t renew it, only add a new one.
I’ve tried restoring the expired upgrade to your account. Please see if you can renew it now via the Purchases page:

Sorry I couldn’t get to this sooner. I REALLY appreciate your making the effort to help me with this. I just tried your link and suggestion. While I could see that you had reset my subscription date and it looked like it was going to let me get by with just $13, when I clicked on Domain Mapping, it again opened a Payment Page listing an $89 charge for the blog site and adding the $13 for the domain mapping. I took a couple of screen prints, but you probably don’t need them. I’ll just tuck them away. On the plus side, my new credit card was confirmed as being on my account now. I’ll try to get back into email by tomorrow in case you have looked at it again and I’ll follow your wise advice then.

That should activate auto-renew, letting the mapping renew on its own.
Please let me know once you’ve added a card there, so I can check if autorenew activated.

I had already updated my credit card earlier, but the link you provided didn’t do the trick previously. Something may have just needed a day to update because, when I tried again, I found that the charge had already gone through.
So.. the next time I get ticked off at a bank and cancel my credit card, I’ll dig extra deep to try to catch all of the important items that are being paid with that card! I now see where the once-a-year ones might be a problem.
Your help is beyond what I deserved for not catching my error sooner. I really appreciate it. I’ve moved WordPress emails in my Gmail inbox where they are less likely to be overlooked and I think I had better set up an auto-renew!

Are you sure? I don’t see any charges on our end, and the upgrade still shows as expiring in 3 weeks.
I can see the new card loaded in your account, but the domain mapping upgrade is still showing the expired card attached to it.
What went wrong when you used the link I gave before?
