Can't figure out how to show only a summary of each blog on home page

    Currently, my entire blog post is appearing on the home page. I would prefer that only my featured photo and a bit of my text appear and then allow the reader to click on my title to see the entire post. Can you please help me change these settings?

    Hi There!

    You can create excerpts on your site by using More tag. The instructions on how to use it could be found here:

    Some themes also support excerpts feature but your theme (The Twenty Twelve) doesn’t. You can read more about excerpts feature here in case you decide to change your theme in the future:

    Meanwhile, stick to the More tag as I described above.
