can't figure out why my images have a blur

  How come when I view a particular article on my wordpress, all the images have a blur to them, but when I view my site without being clicked on the specific article, the images are all sharp and clear. I made all the images 440 pixels wide since that seemed like the biggest that wordpress would allow. I didn’t want people to see blurry images when they click on spesific things I posted, especially if they look fine when just viewing the site in general.

  How can I fix this?
